  • STANDARD POLICIES

    • Booking fees are non-refundable.
    • 20% of the treatment price is required as a booking fee to confirm your appointment. This will be taken off the remainder of your treatment cost on the day of the service. 
    • 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will need to be paid. No shows and on the day cancellations will be charged at 100%. 
    • 15 minutes grace is given for lateness and then you will be classed as a no show/cancellation and charged at 100%. Your appointment may need to be altered to accommodate the delay in your arrival but full price will still need to be paid.
    • Transferable booking fees are allowed once if the required cancellation period has been met. Any other times, the booking fee will be lost and will need to be paid again. 
    • If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please email SJR Aesthetics rather than cancelling your appointment online. Providing that the cancellation timeframe has been met (72 hours), SJR Aesthetics will be able to move your appointment and transfer your booking fee. If you cancel online and you want to reschedule, you will lose your original booking fee as SJR Aesthetics cannot take the loss of multiple online fees
    • Please book via the online booking system on our website.
    • Please ensure you have read all information on our website www.sjraesthetics.co.uk for the treatment that you have booked, including pre and post care, contraindications and patch test requirements. If you arrive for your appointment and you are unable to have the treatment due to not following the pre care instructions or for not raising a query in good time (at least 72 hours prior to booking), that makes you unable to have the treatment, the full price of the treatment will be charged. We hate having to turn people away but it is your responsibility to check the documents/instructions provided and your skin health is our priority.
    • Consultation forms will be provided where necessary, so please ensure that these are filled out carefully and correctly prior your treatment. 
    • No U18s without prior consent. 
    • Please come to your appointment alone, unless we have discussed this beforehand.
    • We accept cash, card, BACs or PayPal. Should you wish to pay anything other than cash or card, please ensure that the balance is paid ahead of time.
    • If you are unwell or have been in the last 72 hours, please reschedule. If you arrive with symptoms, you will be turned away and the full treatment price will be charged. 
    • Please arrive on time for appointments. We operate a private, intimate service so please do not come in if there is someone else in the clinic. If you are going to be late, please let us know ASAP as we may need to reschedule. Late fees will apply. 
    • Please arrive makeup free if you are having a facial or eye treatment. An extra £5 charge will be added if you do not.
    • When a treatment is part of a course or includes ‘top ups’/’reviews’ that aren’t chargeable as they were included in the initial fee e.g. Cryotherapy, Anti-Wrinkle Injections ect usual policies and cancellation fees apply. If these cancellation/rescheduling timeframes aren’t met, the ‘free’ treatment will be lost and you will have to rebook another appointment which will come at a cost.
    • Where a treatment requires multiple appointments within a certain timeframe, e.g. an Algae peel course is spread over 6 weeks, a Profhilo course over 4 weeks, Cryotherapy reviews 4 weeks after each session etc, if you reschedule or book your follow ups and they fall outside of the recommended time frames, they will be chargeable, as the included timeframe has been exceeded and you have received discounted rates. 
    • No returns or exchanges. If the item is faulty, please get in touch via our email address. Info@sjraesthetics.co.uk. 
    • REACTIONS. It is up to you as the purchaser to pass on to whoever the recipient is that they must patch test any product prior to use. This is not the responsibility of SJR Aesthetics. 
    • All clinic days held outside of SJR Aesthetics Lorridge Farm; are the responsibility of the business they are being held at. All treatments must be booked through that location/business directly, as you are a client of theirs, not SJR Aesthetics. Therefore, SJR Aesthetics is not liable and does not hold the responsibility of the client. 
  • SJR AESTHETICS ONLINE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • No returns or exchanges. If the item is faulty, please get in touch via our email address. Info@sjraesthetics.co.uk. 
    • REACTIONS. It is up to you as the purchaser to pass on to whoever the recipient is that they must patch test any product prior to use. This is not the responsibility of SJR Aesthetics. If the customer believes they have had a reaction, please get in touch via our email address. Info@sjraesthetics.co.uk.
    • UK deliveries are typically dispatched within 2 working days. Please note orders that come in outside of the clinic opening hours will be processed with the next 2 working days.
    • If an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to make contact with you within 24 hours to inform you of this. 
    • Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class. You will have the option to choose at check out. 
    • Please note that SJR Aesthetics is unable to track any items with Royal Mail if you have not paid for that service. Should you wish to be able to track your parcel, this can be arranged for a higher fee with Royal Mail. 
    • SJR Aesthetics does not take responsibility for any items sent that are unable to be tracked, so please select this option if you wish to be able to do this. 
    • If an item fails to arrive, as long as we have proof of postage, SJR Aesthetics will not refund or replace.
